Habits are often hard to form. Habits are kept if they are consistent for more than 30 days. Some say 90 days. I believe it depends on the habit and the person. This article is about the healthy habit of exercise. I have tried many times to gain healthy habits. I have cut certain things like pop out and I have done well with that. I found my bad habits are easier to deal with after the one year mark. I would love to get in the habit of exercising every day and not using any sugar.

I know that I need to come up with a plan like the person in the article and just do it and stick to it. Small habits can turn into healthy beneficial choices later.
