Sometimes you think that you know everything there is to know about losing weight, and then you read an article like this. Everything shifted as I never took into consideration that drastically cutting calories hurts more in the long run. I guess that when you cut those calories, your body becomes a storage for what is left, and holds on to it for dear life

Realizing what needs to be done is something that is very interesting. Just by cutting down only a couple of hundred calories a day is a very efficient way to lose weight is perfect.
